Most groups prefer to combine a multitude of activities to get the most out of their travel experience. Even if you have just a rough idea of what you would like to do, including the size of your group and activities you are interested in, Breakfree can provide a range of different itineraries and options to help you plan your perfect getaway.

PRICE QUOTATION
Once you have chosen an itinerary that meets your requirements, we than can provide you with the options within that travel plan to meet your time constraints and budget. We understand that one size does not fit all, so we work with our clients to organize an experience that is truly unique and personalized. When we have found an itinerary that is to your liking, we than are able to give a definitive price to our clients. Some clients prefer nicer hotels; others prefer to go the budget route, our organization work with our clients diligently to find a trip that matches their budget.

CONFIRMATION
When you are ready to confirm your travel plans, we’ll send you a detailed finalized itinerary along with the deposit invoice - the amount will vary with each itinerary and destination. Once your deposit is received, your trip is considered a confirmed booking, and we send your information packet promptly, which includes all of your pre-departure information: visas forms, insurance information, booking forms, travel tips and information on passports.

DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT INFORMATION
We require 15% of your purchase as a deposit to secure all arrangements for tours and treks; the remaining balance is to be paid on arrival in Kathmandu. Payment can be made through various different methods our company provides. Deposit payment can be made through bank transfer, paypal or a money courier service. We also accept Visa and Mastercard for online payment.
