“Makalu Barun National Park”, is named after combining two things, i.e. first the fifth highest mountain in the world, ‘Makalu’ and the other “Barun Valley”. It lies to the eastern part of Nepal and a very fabulous region in Nepal. The spectacular views of rugged Himalayan peaks including Mt. Makalu, Mt. Chamlang and Mt. Baruntse can be very astonishing.
