The Inception

Approximately 15 years ago, the idea of Breakfree Adventures germinated in the mind of our founder Bharat Sapkota, a passionate trekking guide indignant with the service provided by money minded travel and trek agencies of that time. Then with high aspiration of establishing a travel and touring agency that was more for travelers than making money, Mr. Bharat Sapkota tirelessly began his exercise to establish Breakfree Adventures. Though the idea was a promising one the ride to where we are now was indeed a rough one.

Assembling a team with similar mindset was tougher than it looked, and even after assembling the right team competing with industry Titans and outstripping them on their own game was as difficult as scaling a mountain. Many obstacles and hindrances were thrown at us, to make us ineffective and corner us. But our persistence, hard work and impeccable service held us upright no matter what.

Our principle and goal of making traveling and trekking a simple affair to travelers and trekkers made it easy for us to persist and compete with other big players. Our altruistic way of serving our clients helped us to gain trust and recognition of those we served. This lead to proliferation of our name amongst travelers and adventure lovers. Our responsiveness to assuage our client’s queries and predicaments, putting the comfort & needs of travelers above profitability, not giving up even during hard time, and zealously holding on to our principles greatly helped us to establish ourselves as one of the leading travel, trek and tour company. Thus what started as an idea of a zealous trekking guide, after tireless and persistent effort ten’s of thousands hours of hard work, have become one of the renowned and admired travel, trek & tour agency in Nepal.

From a humble beginning to present day’s recognition, our team has relentlessly worked hard from the time we started operating. Our team comprises of seasoned trekking and touring guides who share the same principle and are passionate about revealing the beauty of Nepal and Himalayas to travelers and trekkers. Our planning team helps our clients to curate and customize bespoke travel, tour and trek package upon consulting with our guides. Our responsive customer service representative team helps our clients answer their queries and dilemma as soon as possible. Our marketing team works relentlessly to make travelers aware about our service, help them know more about our tour/travel packages. Our indefatigable potter team will carry your goods during high altitude treks while you enjoy the hike. Operations of all these different teams are monitored by the founder of Breakfree Adventures.

Mr. Sapkota is involved in operations of every team. Our founder participates while planning your trip with us, talks with our guides who will accompany you during the trek and tours and get regular updates on how well the traveling experience is going. This active involvement of owner has fostered the feeling of unity amongst the teams of Breakfree Adventures and have inspired us to work coherently to effectively serve our clients.
