The Everest Mountain Flight is an exclusive flight over the world’s tallest mountain ranges and a lifetime unforgettable experience. The flight takes it’s participants deep into the Himalayas, flying into the valleys closer to the rock face, and as closer as five nautical miles from Mt. Everest itself. Witness the great snow-capped peaks with all it’s the glory which is truly stunning, raw, undiluted and majestic. For anyone not having physical requirements or due to time constraints, Everest Flight is the right choice, besides especially for those who don’t want to leave Nepal without witnessing the scared and majestic Himalayas. Viewing the panoramic Himalayas onboard is another experience altogether and that too flying out from Kathmandu in a matter of minutes and within the safety and comfort of Beech Craft 1900D.
During the Everest flight first passengers will come across the peaks straight towards the north of the Kathmandu Valley starting with the 8013m high Shisha Pangma, the 14th highest mountain in the world, which is actually located in Tibet, a few kilometers from the border. Then comes a series of several smaller peaks beginning with Dorje Lakpa (6966m) which looks like figure eight and is located on the eastern edge of Langtang National Park, followed by Phurbi Ghyachu (6637m) on its right, the 5970m Choba Bhamare which remains unconquered, Gauri Shankar (7134m) named after Lord Shiva and his consort, Melungtse (7181m) all part of the Rolwaling range. Mountain Flight is enjoyed by thousands around the year, and through our experience; we would strongly recommend from February to April and October to December as the ideal time to enjoy the Everest flights.
