Breakfree Adv. - March 06, 2016

Good news for the tourism sector in Nepal that the travel warning imposed by the US Department of State cancelled it which was issued on October the 8th last year. The warning was issued following the devastating earthquake then the unrest in the Terai belts of Nepal including the fuel crisis. A statement was issued by the US Embassy in Kathmandu that the travel warning is now lifted off ‘because conditions have changed”. Now Nepal tourism is all set to restore itself with the end of the blockade and without the fear of earthquake no more in the country. World Travel and Tourism Council reports that the tourism sector of Nepal directly generates 487,500 jobs in 2014 representing 3.5 percent of the total employment of the nation.
