Day 01 : Arrive in Kathmandu

After landing at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu from your designated destinations, you will be received by a representative of the travel company at the arrival gate who will then transfer you to you allotted hotels.  If the time persists, you can either visit the city or relax at the hotel to overcome your jet lag. O/N at Hotel

Day 02 : Kathmandu Sightseeing and trek preparation

The Kathmandu sightseeing trip will begin in the morning. After breakfast, you will be taken towards Kathmandu Durbar (Palace) Square, one of the heritage sites where you can view many historical and cultural monuments. Later, you will visit another heritage site known as Pashupatinath Temple. This is a sacred Hindu Temple of Lord Shiva named which is always crowded by Hindu pilgrims. After lunch, visit to Buddhist pilgrimage Swoyambhunath (famous by the name of Monkey temple among tourists) will be carried forward. Likewise, Boudhanath Shrine will be covered by the evening.  After concluding the sightseeing, there will be seminar for you to attend to discuss about the upcoming trekking plans. O/N at Hotel

Day 03 : Kathmandu to Pokhara 6-7 hours bus ride

After exploring the historic Kathmandu Valley, on the day, you will board a tourist bus which will take you towards Pokhara, one of the most popular tourist destinations in the country. During this 6-7 hours bus ride, you can see Trishuli River along the way. You will reach Pokhara during the early afternoon hours. After lunch, you can wander around the beautiful lake city known for enthralling spectators with its superb mountain views. O/N at Hotel

Day 04 : Pokhara to Jomsom (flight- 35 min) to Kagbeni (2800 m) 4-5 hrs walk

You will have to wake up early as the flight to Jomsom leaves in the morning. The super scenic flight takes around 35 minutes to touch down in Jomsom. You will have a whale of a time in the brisk flight as you can see the most amazing natural views from the airplane window.  After landing in Jomsom, the trek to Kagbeni will start after lunch.  You will reach Kagbeni before sunset where you will get ample time to stroll around the village.  O/N at Lodge

Day 05 : Kagbeni to Muktinath (3710m) 5-6 hrs walk

This is the most awaited day in the trip as you will gear yourself up for the hike towards Muktinath.  In between the routes, you will see the beautiful Himalayan range to your north. Walking past some forests, and high altitude villages, you will reach Muktinath in the evenings. Muktinath is well known for the Muktinath temple, a holy shrine for Hindus and Buddhists.  O/N at Lodge

Day 06 : Muktinath to Marpha (2710m) 5-6 hrs walk

The day will start with an ascending walk where you will have to follow the Kali Gandaki River to reach Marpha, a village known for producing tantalizing apple brandy. O/N at Lodge

Day 07 : Marpha to Ghasa (2010m) 5-6 hrs walk.

The day’s routes are all scenic providing spectacular views of Tukuche peak, Dhaulagiri massif, Mt. Nilgiri et al.  After walking for few hours you will reach Tukuche village situated above the beautiful pine forest. From Tukuche, two more hours walk will get you at Ghasa for an overnight shelter.  O/N at Lodge

Day 08 : Ghasa to Tatopani (1190m) 5-6 hrs walk

On the day, you will leave for Tatopani, known for providing relaxing hot springs.  Crossing the Kaligandaki River on a suspension bridge, you will have to descent past Thapla, Kopchepani, Rupse and Chhahara to reach Tatopani. You can overcome your day’s tiredness by bathing in these hot springs. O/N at Lodge

Day 09 : Tatopani to Ghorepani (2870m) 5-6 hrs walk

After enjoying some morning hot spring’s therapy, you will pack your bags to proceed towards Ghorepani. On the way, you will have to cross Kaligandaki River for one more time in the trip to reach Beni. The ending trails to Ghorepani traverse through aromatic rhododendron and Mongolia forests. Day 10 : Ghorepani to Poon Hill (3210m) to Tadapani (2710m) 6-7 hrs walk

The day will start early as you are entitled to catch one of the spectacular sunrise view form Poon Hill which is just an hour’s hike form the overnight venue. Along with the sunrise view, you can also witness the eyeshot of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri, Himchuli and Machhapuchchhre mountains from the elevated venue. The following time in the day, you will hike towards Tadapani which is also known for proving amazing mountains views. O/N at Lodge

Day 11 : Tadapani to Pokhara

This is the final day of your trek as you proceed towards Pokhara walking downhill on the scenic landscapes and local villages.  After hiking for few hours you will reach Birethanthi situated at the confluence of Modi and Bhurungdi Rives .Later in the day you will reach Nayapul from where you will be picked up for a drive towards Pokhara for an overnight stay. O/N at Hotel

Day 12 : Pokhara to Kathmandu (Drive or fly)

After a brisk sightseeing in Pokhara during morning hours, you will have to pack your bags to leave for Kathmandu. For the return trip, you will be offered a choice either to fly or to take road ways. Whatever means of transportation you chose you will be left with some time to go around the streets of the capital city for shopping. The day will give you the last chance to add up to your shopping list. O/N at Hotel

Day 13 : Transfer to the Airport for your onward destination

As per your flight timings, you will be escorted by one of the representatives of Breakfree Adventures to the international terminal at the Tribhuvan International Airport approximately three hours before your flight schedule from your hotel in Kathmandu. A day to bid farewell to the glorious country situated in the South Asia. While waiting for your flight, you can make plans to venture other destinations of the majestic country in near future.
